Higher-touch tasks with more rigor and more complete documentation; best for escalations and claims.

Turnover Quality Audit (Not Cleaning)

Structured quality control check with photos + pass/fail + “reclean recommended: yes/no.”

Damage Documentation Pack

Comprehensive photo documentation plus structured notes suitable for disputes/claims.

Emergency Access Rescue (Limited)

Restore access when person can’t get in due to lockbox/code/smart lock/spare-key entry issues.

Purchase Run (Essentials)

Acquire ice, propane/LP tank swap, golf cart fuel, and other pre-approved essentials.
